Refund and Payment Policy

Overview: Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or biohazardous goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care products
Return Process:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
- Do Not Send: Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
- Eligible Situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or discs
- Products that are damaged or missing parts not caused by us
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds:

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
- Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent once we receive your return.
- Non-Gift Purchases: If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to you later, the gift giver will be refunded and notified of the return.
Return Shipping:
- Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. These will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
