Refund and Payment Policy

Overview: Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
    • Intimate or biohazardous goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Certain health and personal care products

Return Process:

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
  • Do Not Send: Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

  • Eligible Situations:
    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or discs
    • Products that are damaged or missing parts not caused by us
    • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

  • Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for a similar item, email us at guidetopis@info.com and send your item to: [physical address].

Gifts:

  • Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent once we receive your return.
  • Non-Gift Purchases: If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to you later, the gift giver will be refunded and notified of the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. These will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Tracking: For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
